Dino Nuggs for days

Hey yall! How goes it?

This week was pretty good. We had a lot of meetings and it was awesome!

So on Wednesday we had our first zone council of the transfer and our zone is still pretty stellar so that's pretty good. We had a great training on miracles and one of our miracles we wanted was to find more people to teach and come to church. And guess what?! We got a potential!! The LA sisters sent us someone on facebook who requested us to drop off a free bible. Whenever we contacted her to get her address she wouldn't tell us and she was really spotty about answering. but finally this week she responded and we were able to drop off a bible! She was so cool and she asked us where we had church. She said she wanted to join and that she wants to bring her friend too. Also a plus she knows some LSM too and offered to teach us! I'm so excited!

On Friday we had a meeting with Elder Cronins dad. He's Deaf and served an ASL mission as well. He gave some really good insights and I felt like I was able to learn a lot about teaching and just sign language in general. One specific suggestion he gave us was to play pictionary/charades and work on our facial expressions. This week during our language studies we played charades a couple times and I feel like I'm slowly getting better at it. Hopefully by the time I finish the mission I'll be pro at this haha. Anyway, all the missionaries in the mission called ASL were invited so it was really nice to see those friends who aren't serving in the branch. 

Saturday was the best meeting of all! We got to interpret for Brad Wicox!!!! We had a multi stake Zoom RS meeting and Brad Wilcox was the speaker!! The meeting was interpreted into 5 different languages and it was really cool to be apart of that interpreter army. Before the meeting started Brad asked if he could meet all the interpreters so we all went around and introduced ourselves. It was so cool to be able to talk to him, he is seriously such a cool man. The interpreting went pretty well... well minus the techical difficulties.... but other than that it was great. 

Overall this week was pretty good. Hope yall had a good one too! Also yall should go eat some Dino Nuggets cuz they're pretty bomb.
